Democrats Hold Reception At Springdale AQ Chicken House

Posted on January 18, 2012 by Larry Henry in Politics No Comments

Ken Aden, a Russellville Democrat seeking election in the 3rd Congressional District, and Edwin Sugg, a Democrat running in state House District 88, are holding a meet-and-greet event Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Springdale AQ Chicken House.

The candidates will speak to attendees and take questions.

Aden is running in the Northwest Arkansas district held by Rep. Steve Womack, R-Ark., who is seeking re-election. David J. Pangrac, a Van Buren resident who is vice chairman of the Arkansas Libertarian Party, also is running for the seat.

Republican Randy Alexander, former chairman of the Washington County Tea Party, is running for the District 88 seat.
