America’s Car-Mart opened of its 112th dealership. The Moberly, Mo., dealership is the company’s 14th in Missouri. The Bentonville-based business has dealerships in nine states.
“We have added six dealerships so far in fiscal 2012 and we anticipate opening approximately three more locations between now and the end of our fiscal year which ends on April 30, 2012. We will continue to focus on increasing sales volumes at our existing stores and at the same time adding great new locations,” Jeff Williams, chief financial officer, said in a press release.
Williams said the company plans to open additional dealerships at a 10 percent annual rate after this fiscal year.
Car-Mart will release fiscal 2012 third quarter financial results on Feb. 15 after the market closes. Senior management will hold a conference call at 10 a.m. Feb. 16.

Shares of Car-Mart (NASDAQ: CRMT) were trading at $39.09 a half-hour before closing Friday, up $1.23 or 3.25 percent. Shares of Car-Mart have traded between $22.77 and $41.23 for the past 52 weeks.
