The Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Urban Summit Series from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 1 at the DoubleTree Guest Suites, 301 S.E. Walton Blvd. in Bentonville.
The healthcare reform summit will help business leaders know the tools needed to meet the new guidelines set by the “ObamaCare” reform. Participants will learn how to implement basic provisions of the law and will hear from healthcare and tax experts on how changes will affect small business this year and for the years to come.
Speakers include Bob Hamilton, principal of Bean Hamilton Corporate Benefits, a firm specializing in employee benefit consulting for small to mid-size Arkansas organizations; Cammie Scott, president and owner of CK Harp and Associates, providing services to clients that drive employee retention and satisfaction, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote client success, sustainability and profitability; and Travis Riggs, president of Riggs and Associates, which provides accounting and tax practice for business owners and high net worth individuals.
The Urban Summit Series is free to Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber members and $25 for non-members. Lunch is provided.
