NextLife, a company that creates plastic resin, is investing $10 million in a new facility and headquarters in Rogers. Gov. Beebe and other local officials were on hand for the announcement this morning at the facility at 1300 N. Dixieland Road. Mayor Greg Hines said the announcement was a “big win” for the city.

Butterball announced Tuesday it settled a donning and doffing lawsuit for $4.25 million. The settlement includes plants in Huntsville and Ozark. The class action lawsuit was filed in 2008 and resolves claims filed through July 1. The amount doesn’t include attorneys’ fees, costs and claims administration.
