Gov. Beebe used a figure as low as $28 million on Tuesday on the cost of a trauma injury treatment system. The council he appointed is using a $35 million figure. I’m guessing the amount depends heavily on how much money they can get, but we’ll see if early consideration of the bill will nail that figure down.
