Give the Beebe administration credit. Thanks to intrepid LR blogger Roby Brock, I see that the Health Department has a district-by-legislative district breakdown of what institutions would benefit from his health care/tobacco tax plan. It’s one of a number of links at this site.

If I were a betting man, I’d bet that what the governor wants on health — trauma centers, the medical school, regional health, the works — gets presented at 10 a.m. in the Senate Public Health Committee. I’ll be doing some blogging from there if I’m right.
