A bill to change the streamlined sales  tax to help cities like Springdale, which have lost revenue under the system, failed to clear the House Revenue and Tax Committee on Tuesday. Streamlined sales tax up for the 10th — probably

The House Revenue and Taxation Committee is tentatively scheduled to consider the streamlined sales tax bill of Rep. John Burris, R-Harrison, on March 10. Burris’ bill would delay the provisions of streamlined sales taxes until the rest of the nation adopted them.
