Upon further review of the final statistics, Shiloh Christian beat Little Rock Christian in most phases of the game and Saints senior Connor Reece was a beast.
Reece, a third-year starter, accounted for 490 of his team's 628 total yards. He completed 26 of 45 passes for 343 yards and 4 touchdowns while rushing 24 times for 147 yards. It was his passing and running ability that moved the Saints (2-0) into range for sophomore Patrick Williams' 25-yard winning field goal.

For a second consecutive week, coach Zak Clark's Bulldogs have made enough plays to pull out tough roads wins. Springdale High is 2-0 for the first time since 2013 after Friday's 27-26 win at Alma.
Quarterback Layne Hutchins, in just his second career start, was strong, completing 18 of 27 passes for 249 yards and a touchdown to running back Erick Mendez.

The key to game was simple - the Maverick defense could not get off the field in the second half as Greenwood scored 35 points to blow open a close game.
The Bulldogs (2-0) scored touchdowns on their first five possession in the second half and ran out the clock on the sixth. Greenwood, led by just 21-14 at halftime, gained 367 of its 657 total yards in the final two quarters of the game.
