Spoken The hard rock band Spoken — which formed in Lowell in the late 1990s — is preparing to release its seventh studio album, “Illusion,” on Tuesday (Feb. 12). The album, which took two years to make, was recorded in Nashville with the help of producer Jasen Rausch (Red, Disciple)

Hard to believe that Sum 41, the Canadian pop/punk band responsible for the songs “Fat Lip” and “Still Waiting,” broke onto the scene more than 10 years ago.
