Less than a week after fans leave Wakarusa, which takes place May 30 through June 2 at the Mulberry Mountain site in rural Franklin Country, more music lovers will have a reason to visit the area. Pipeline Productions, which organizes both Wakarusa and the Yonder Mountain String Band’s Harvest Music Festival, have announced a new festival for the same event grounds. Thunder on the Mountain will take place June 6-8 and feature country music
