The National Rifle Philadelphia band The National Rifle released four EPs prior to this year’s full-length debut album “Almost Endless.” On a tour to promote the new record, the quartet will pass through Fayetteville for a show on Tuesday night (April 30) at Smoke & Barrel Tavern.
