Tracy Lawrence Country star Tracy Lawrence, who has recorded hits such as “Texas Tornado,” “Time Marches On” and “Find Out Who Your Friends Are,” will visit the Cherokee Casino in West Siloam Springs, Okla., for a free show on Thursday (July 26) evening. The musician has recorded 20 Top 10 country hits, eight of which went to No. 1.

More than 30 acts will visit the town for its annual Blues Weekend, which begins Thursday (May 31) and continues through June 3. Included on this year’s roster are performers such as Tommy Castro, Ruthie Foster and many more. One artist who won’t be present is Michael Burks, who passed away suddenly early this month.

Award-winning Texas country musician Pat Green returns to the area for a show at 10 p.m. at the Cherokee Casino in West Siloam Springs, Okla. Green is at work on the album “Song We Wish We’d Written II,” a follow up to a 2001 album of cover songs. As a songwriter himself, Green has cracked the Top 10 with the song “Wave on Wave.” Jamie Wolfe and The Wranglers open the free show at 6 p.m
